Stejn\u011b tak je pro n\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd odpo\u010dinek. I v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b bychom m\u011bli um\u011bt relaxovat, vypnout a b\u00fdt t\u0159eba na jeden den odpojeni od sv\u011bta &#8211; bez elektroniky hlavn\u011b! Dobr\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u00falevy t\u011blu i mysli je meditace, \u010di j\u00f3ga. Cho\u010fme na proch\u00e1zky nebo sportujme U\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm odreagov\u00e1n\u00edm b\u00fdv\u00e1 sport nebo oby\u010dejn\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka p\u0159\u00edrodou. Jednou za \u010das proto zvolme svobodu &#8211; je\u010fme n\u011bkam s kamar\u00e1dy, zajd\u011bme do kina,\u2026U\u017e\u00edvejme si j\u00eddlo Pro nic za nic se ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee l\u00e1ska proch\u00e1z\u00ed \u017ealudkem. A p\u0159esn\u011b tak to funguje i v l\u00e1sce, kterou d\u00e1v\u00e1me sami sob\u011b. J\u00eddlo navozuje dobrou n\u00e1ladu a mnohdy tak\u00e9 uklid\u0148uje. Nenechme se strhnout dietami a neodp\u00edrejme si j\u00eddlo, proto\u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edme zhubnout. Pokud to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee budeme podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bni, nen\u00ed d\u016fvod. M\u011bjme se r\u00e1di, vychutn\u00e1vejme si kvalitn\u00ed j\u00eddlo a na\u010derp\u00e1vejme energii.Obklopujme se pozitivn\u00edmi lidmi \u00dadajn\u011b se pr\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot formuje podle p\u011bti lid\u00ed, s kter\u00fdmi se nej\u010dast\u011bji st\u00fdk\u00e1me.
